The Idea Factory - The Fiery Love Affair The Ended My Life

Main moves into a new area and meets someone. The love interest has an ex that hangs out in the area, an on again off again relationship that has been off for a month. Soon after the main and the love interest get together, the main finds out that both the love interest and their ex are vampires. Rather than getting bit and turned into a vampire, the main gets bit by a werewolf (maybe a surprise for them, trying to become a vampire to be with the love interest but they refused). In comes the war between the two factions, but the love interest still wants things to work between them. In the end, the ex and the main fight, and the love interest tries to break up the fight, but they end up dying instead.
