A peasant is given a princess for a day opportunity as a way to make her take the fate of a real princess that was doomed to be killed. The peasant manages to escape the attack, going on the run still as the princess. In the end, it somehow causes the real princess to die, but the peasant manages to survive, maybe taking the identity of the princess in the process.
