The Idea Factory - Julie, Juliet, and their Super Dads

The title is obviously a working title, but not all of them end up as the final title of the end product. Basically, it's Romeo and Juliet, with 2 girls, but their dads are a super hero and a super villain. The super villain would need to be more of an "ends justify the means" type, so that the daughter doesn't straight disown him, and actually thinks he's the good guy or something. I would have thought this would have been done at some point, but the closest I can think of is Stargirl.
